And although it's certainly fun to do a family Target run from time to time, this summer I have become someone who orders online. (That kind of rhymes.) Not groceries, mind you, but superfluous items like shaving cream and socks and back-to-school items that will FOR SURE be picked over by the time we attempt to purchase them. Not to mention the whole "not having to go to two different stores" thing. That rules. Especially when I have to buy four of everything. (I made the mistake of buying Bento boxes for the big kids and not the little ones and paid the price big time.)
Because, to be perfectly honest, I am so behind in all things right now and I don't have the time that I need to shop. Target, my love... someday I will be able to peruse your aisles again... just not now. Not tonight. (I am currently at INBOX 3782436737826387, which says everything you need to know about how behind I am everywhere in my entire life.) This blog is the only thing I have ever been able to keep afloat in any kind of scheduled way and even that has been extremely challenging lately... I am underwater and behind on all of the things. Womp.
Anyway, back to this month's shopping list, which is mainly back-to-school items but it's also just things we need, today that we are low on. And those things are:
1. Brita water filters
2. Flip flops for Archer
3. Navy Uniform shorts for Archer.
4. Burts Bees Chapstick (I lost all eight that I had, literally, two months ago. I hide them all around the house and they always disappear...)
6. Sneakers x 3 for the girls
7. Bento Boxes for the kids.
8. Hair clips (Fable is once again growing out her bangs. For now.)
9. Deodorant for me (Dove 4 lyf.)
10. Razors and shaving cream for Hal.
And this is me marking every. single. one. of those things off the list while the kids run around me stabbing each other with markers. From Target.
...As Hal preps "family taco night" in the background.
